The NFC Forum, a non-profit industry association that advances the use of Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, announced that Google has upgraded its NFC Forum membership from Principal to Sponsor level. Validity’s membership of GlobalPlatform will focus on the work of the GlobalPlatform Advisory Council and Mobile Task Force, which works to understand the business requirements of the secure mobile services ecosystem to establish an agreed infrastructure.
