1.Congress Tickets
The venue is Hotel Palace Berlin. Each participant receives the congress documents, access to the online library with the presentations provided by the speakers, access to the exhibition and participation in all congress events. Refreshments during breaks, lunch and evening buffets are included in the congress services.
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the content and speakers of the programme.
A participant ticket is valid for one person only and for the entire duration of the congress programme (18 to 21 January 2027). A participant ticket cannot be split and cannot be used by more than one person.
The early-bird fee applies to bookings made up to and including 15 November 2026, provided the participation fee is paid within 21 days.
Cancellations are only valid in writing. For cancellations up to 11 December 2026, a processing fee of EUR 100 plus VAT will be charged. For cancellations after 11 December 2026, a cancellation fee of 40% of the invoiced participation fee plus VAT will be charged. Participation fees already paid will be refunded promptly, minus this processing fee. For cancellations after 11 January 2027, the full fee is due. A substitute participant may of course be named. Substitutes must be named in writing.
2.Room Reservations
For rooms reserved at the congress hotel for which no written cancellation has been received at least 48 hours before 8:00 a.m. on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest a standard no-show fee of 90% of the room rate.
3.Partner Packages
The organiser’s services correspond to those stated in the package offers and booking confirmations and are provided at Hotel Palace Berlin. Congress participants with a booking receive the congress documents, access to the online library, access to the exhibition and to all congress events. Refreshments during breaks, lunch and evening buffets are included in the congress services.

Cancellations are only valid in writing. Partner packages can be cancelled free of charge up to 80 days, and furniture orders up to 20 days, before the start of the event. After that, the full fee will be invoiced. The invoice amount is due within 5 weeks of booking. Partner packages are generally invoiced 30 days before the event or shortly after the event.
4.Partner Packages – Additional Pandemic-Related Provisions
If containment orders, curfews (lockdown) or closures (shutdown) are issued or imposed due to a pandemic, inTIME berlin guarantees to comply with the requirements for holding an event imposed by the authorities or by law. inTIME berlin is obliged to hold an event within the framework of the requirements imposed by the authorities or by law and to draw up a hygiene plan with the hotel. If an event can be held within the framework of the official requirements and the hygiene plan, inTIME berlin assumes no further liability. In particular, inTIME berlin and the hotel are not liable for participants being healthy and posing no risk of infection. Claims for damages due to illness after the event has taken place are excluded. Guests expressly attend the event at their own risk. This does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health if the hotel is responsible for the breach of duty, to other damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the hotel, or to damages resulting from an intentional or negligent breach of the hotel’s essential contractual obligations. A breach of duty by the hotel is equivalent to a breach of duty by its legal representative or vicarious agent.
If there are 40 days or fewer until the event, the client may only cancel free of charge once inTIME berlin or the hotel has cancelled the event due to a pandemic, and at the earliest from the point at which it was foreseeable to the general public that the event could not be held due to a pandemic. When such pandemic-related impossibility was foreseeable to the general public is determined, in case of doubt, by the explanatory memoranda to legislation or press releases of the federal or state governments.
At the time of a free cancellation expressly confirmed by inTIME berlin, the contract between the client and inTIME berlin becomes void. After termination of the contract, the contracting parties have no further obligations to each other. However, inTIME berlin is obliged to refund any fees already paid promptly and in full.
Free cancellation is excluded as long as inTIME berlin and the hotel can meet the official requirements and the planned event can be held. In this case, the client and inTIME berlin are only entitled to an adjustment of the contract.
